OBS! aka. OWen's Back Side

Day 1
Everybody initially arrived with the sian sian look :O

We reached the OBS campsite. Part of the cohort was seperated cos there wasnt enough space in camp 2. So about 40 ppl went to camp1 which is kinda like btter :X so we got grped into different watches across the entire level ;D

So many names right :D LOL. Anw, spent the day learning basics of kayaking ;D Such as capsizng which is SUPER FUN(x hehe. Quite fun kayaking around the area ;D hehe. After kayaking, washed up and prepared to cook our own dinner. Apparently, choosing what to eat is harder than cooking your food. Cos its like so many to pick from -.-

After cooking, washed up and prepared for lang expedition the next day. Shared tent with Ricky and Desmund in a super duper stuffy tent o.o LOL.

Day 2
Woke up at 5am to get rdy T.T We had some super lame morning PT. Then played a skipping rope game which was super duper tough before going for our land expeditionnn.

Shakir was navigator. Apparently he led us down a wrong turn and we walked an extra 250m though ending up at the same spot. LOL. Super funny :D As usual, we were the first again and reached Camp Julutong te earliest. The campsite has only a toilet which is like 1km away T.T

Cooked our dinner and had briefing for our Sea Expedition the next day before going to slp which I din(: Spent the night talking away with MingWei, Joyce, Vern, QF, occasionally joined by Jasmine too ;D

Finally went to slp with Des and Ricky at abt 1plus arhh ;D

Day 3
Woke up at a 5am again T.T Like so early for what man. I also dont get it -.- LOL.

This time Kenneth was navigator for this SeaEx. Super fun man kayaking. I share kayak with JianTing :D Super fun man. We keep going left right left right and nvr straight. LOL. Lucky we werent the last(x

JT almost capsized the boat -.- when he tried to get on board after pushing the kayak from some muddy thing ;D Super duper funny(x

After kayaking, we washed up and did High Elements Course. But quite boring :X Cos we did flying fox and have to wait for ppl to do ONE by ONE under the HOT HOT sun :O hehe.

But its quite fun. Like super duper high man. When you jump off, y ou can really feel yourself flying xD Hehe. And I think I'm the only one who like screamed/shouted when I jumped -.- HAHAHA. But it was fun(x

During dinner, Shakir kept sharing alot of jokes with Hyzue, our instructor ;D Super duper funny(x Hehe. Who knew Hyzue could be dam lame xD He was even nice to give us a yummy leftover dessert for dinner ;D

Packed up all our stuff during the night. Wanted to stay up and talk back my whole tent too lazy so we all fell asleep. LOL.

Day 4
Last day of the camp.

Everybody was starting to enjoy the camp alot and you could really feel the unity ;D Morning played some chicken game and captain's ball xD Super funny man. Play until like so fierce man(x

Then we did some Trust Fall thing. Then after everybody went, we forced Hyzue to do it too :D Then moment he fell on the tarp sheet we were carrying, we started tossing him about and carried about the whole campsite xD LOL.

Hyzue also showed us some super funny games we can play during our free timeee ;D Before we finally said our final goodbye):

Uber sad man. I bet everybody enjoyed the camp thoroughly ;D I'll miss Raffles Watch and their amazing instructor Hyzue toooo):

New school term started. Everybody's praying teachers forget about hol hw :D

Sad news is Mrs Khairul has returned and replaced Ms Wong Chun Lai DDD: who has apparently been transferred to some other school... T.T

Not much to say except tmr going OBS! Yes yes, OBS = OWen's Back Side. LOL. Good right? :D Looking forward to it(: Though I REALLY REALLY miss band):

Back from baaand camp(:

Well, its like in a way thats quite diff from what I expected. Being the batch in charge of the camp is totally diff from just participating in the camp ;D

Day 1

Woke up late so chiong school. Lucky I was on timeee? ;D

Then we saw Mr Kajiyama(sp?) OMGG. He looks freakishly young! Yeahh. He coached our band throughout. He was quite amazing really. He edited the Rocky intro on the spot. Wahh, its like anyhow whack man. Anyhow whack hor, end product also quite decent ehh. But super duper DCI-ish. Sooooo not TK Band. hahaha. But its kinda nice tho..

Yeahh, but the band was obviously a bit sian, cos steps were kinda like given out one by one by word of mouth. No steps in paper. So yeah, we kinda had lots of long waits and instru for most were heavy and tiring yeahh ;l hahaha.

Night had gameees! Wooo. We din do dance this(: Some ppl were kinda bored by watching all the balloon popping matches I think but all got hyped or at least most got hyped up when playing capt's ball game :D

I remember too they played the same thing with sec ones and twos during the period where most sec 3s where overseas for PW and they won. Then now with like the WHOLE batch, sec threes totally owned ehys? ;DD hehe.

Had a debrief with the big boss himself after everything before going to sleeep(:

Day 2
Woke up super early to get rdy and stuffs. Another long and full day with Mr K again. This time we had more things to do. So yeah, lots and lots of cool stuff and gimmicks :D Totally new and interesting, and again totally DCI. Hahaha. Feels almost like a slow makeover =/

Anw, we got to know Mr K alot lot more! He's a CAVALIERS alumni! OMGOMGOMG. Once part of the green machine :D Nyehehe. But thats super super imba man. He's perc too! Prob snare drummer((x But to get into the Cavaliers for three yrs str is just dam imba. Esp since you have to reaudition every year to get stay in the Cavaliers. Fyi, for those who dont know, Cavaliers is like a top DCI band in America and they're performances are dam visual and they have perfect dressings :D

Hmmm, after that we did more stuffs in the field and etc. At night was the nightwalk yearhs. Kinda screwed though I guess? Sorry to all the sec 2s and 1s. I put red poster paint on mua face. Forgot to take a picture of it D: JK best can. He put red FOOD dye all OVER his face. So he's kinda more screwed. Hope all turns out well mann ;D

Then had debrief with big boss again before lights out.

Day 3
Super duper tired by now manzxz. Woke up a bit later than I had to.

Last day with Mr K): Like uber sad larhx. Today a bit less sian-ish cos we got all almost all the steps he wanted us to do. Now was just making those stuff look great :D Quite fun. But tiring. And had lotsa leg cramp esp doing lotus arhh -_- Super sian manxzx.

Anw, it was still great. Our entire display is like super duper enhanced liaos :D We did one whole runthru from top to bottom. Super super super shiokkkk :DDD HAHAHA. Things shld get better in wks to come before KL comp ;D

During lunch was dam crappy. I ended cleaning up the dorm myself cos I had nothing left to do -.- Seriously. Outer block ppl went for the thing with Mr K. Logistic ppl went to clear toilets. Muslim males went for prayers. Left who? Left meeee T.T But I had fun talking to myself Kidding kidding xD LOL.

Finally broke camp at 6.30 plus. Gave prizes to Byeong Gyu and YZ for winning Balloon game, KJ and Ethel for best campers(:

Went home tired buuuut happy larh :D mwhaha.

I'd liked to thank alot of people for pulling this camp through(;

1. Mr Kajiya! For without whom, we would have never improved by supposedly 50%.
2. Bandmasters & Alumni! For watching over all our stuffs. Making sure everybody was okay ;D
3. MINGWEI! For giving us all the breaks when it was dam dam hot.
4. QUANFENG! For being a last min game IC and helping to pull through all the games for 1st night and second night. Thanks for all the chips too :D

Yesterday was fun(:

Watched The Happening with Weirui, Sarah and Kaini. DAM DAM DAM happening man! Actually, the front part of the movie pretty nice arhh. Pretty gory though. I'm quite surprised its PG, not NC16... Anw, the ending sucks. BIGTIME. Hahahah.

After the show, weirui left with his pri school friend to go Pasir Ris park :O Hahah. Sarah left halfway on the way to Bugis too D: Ended up only me, Kaini and wenhui went to take neoprint ;D All of em still with ahni(:

Then we chionged to SCH. Cos we thought we were lateee. In the end, we made to the concert hall like barely. TKG concert was niceee(: I like the waltz and Rocky. LOL. So interestinggg. And their percussion is dam good o.o

After concert, we went to Bugis macs for supper then went homeee ;D

Chinese tuition in like half an hour, and I havent started on my hw yeeet T.T hehe. Pics another time bahh. Ciaos ;D

During band did formations and stuff over and over for KL thing i supposed. Band very very soft though ;x Hmmm, all in preparation for the guy coming over next week? ;O Hahaha.

Nothing much to post about.. Anw, nobody will read I guess ;l Hehe. Looking forward to outing tmr ;D Not much to enjoy at home though... Sucks really.

Tuition was okay. Like finally caught up with the main grp(: Hehe. After tuition, me and Ryan went for lunch. Almost watched KungFu Panda with him but didnt in the end. LOL. We wanted to watch at Princess xD Tickets only $5 leh! LOL.

Came home had china tuition.

Dont wna talk about what happened at night though.. Not very pleasing. And Viwawa is addictiveeee :O Hahaha. AND YAY. Section outing on Wednesday! Woots ;D

Wednesday
Had batch meeting in the morning. After that left to meet ZJ, Sis, Siyuan and Ryan! ;D

We went to watch Prince Caaaaaspian(: Had lunch at pizza hut before that. Watched LIVE pokemon too. WOW :O After the movie had dinner and Ryan left early for tuition. The rest of us had FONDUEEEEE!(: SUPER SUPER SUPER NICE. I'll nvr forget the experience man ;D

Of course, went home super late. Heng nvr tio scolded(x


Friday
Woke up at 9.20am. I had Maths tution for the first time ever. It starts at 9.30... Chiong down. Took taxi ;x

Arrived at 9.50 plus. Lucky not late. LOL. After tuition went lunch with INIAK :O Hahahaha. Some ppl just like to slooooowly savour their food and take 1.5 hours to eat xD Hahaha. Anybody seen a green father, purple uncle and red grandfather? All look alike de(x

Went home, pack bag and soon left for Cluster Camp at Temasek Sec. Their school's actually preeeetty nice and big too ;D But the bad part is SUPER HARD to get reception T.T I think they did it on purpose... :O Hahahaa.

Had dinner and short message before going to sleeep ;D

Saturday
Woke up super early thanks to INIAK. Put on contacts in record time and left to go band... Kind of wasted. Like 1/3 of the camp gone to band DDD; Haaaaai.

Good thing I went band though... We were filmed by some ppl! Kind of cool yet weird, cos they ate into our lunchtime ;x I dno when they'll air what they filmed though. Hahaha.

Sent the jnrs plus Habib to buy back lunch for us. Thanks guys! ;D LOL. Took sec ones after lunch too. Quite fun right eh?(; Hehe. Then did new formation in the field before finally going home.

Dad fetched me to MacRitchie to join the camp ppl after band. Had dinner with them there then we had a Psalms 23 walk. Christians can check your bible to know what its really about(: We lay on mats near the lake and listened to good music and ... SLEEP. Tired right D; Hahaha.

Then our group took a bus down to one of the nearby cemeteries. Walked in there. Seriously. Henry brought us to one junction then sent us in for solo walk ;O Super duper scary. Refer to Psalms 23:1-4 for more info(: Hehe.

Its seriously dam dam freaky. But trust in him yeahs? ;D When we walk in alone, almost everybody was singing or talking to themselves. LOL. But its SUPER big accomplishment after we finished(: And nobody saw anything ;D

Then had supper plus debrief. Went back Temasek and slept soundly like a pigggg! ;D

Sunday
Woke up a bit later. Did area cleaning. My grp tio bathroom cleaning T.T But quite fun playing with the muah chee and tau sa . LOL. Crazy siah those ppl xD

Had short session with Pastor Zhou Qi then set off to Expo. Had lunch and usual routine as always.

After service went home with ZJ. Johanna really very funny lah. Leave half an hour before us, yet we still catch her on the same bus half an hour later xD LOL. And yay! We're gna be playing all thru for Family Camp at the end of the year maaaanxz(;

At night had tuition with Kenny. TMR STILL GOT TUITION TOO. Today one was makeup. hahaha. I think I'm dam fortunate to have tuition that teach me Trigo-Ratio. If I go school learn, confirm garantee fail AMaths liao T.T Hahaha.

Time check : 1.12am.

Tmr still got tuition at 9.30am and china tuition at 4pm T.T Omgoodnesszxz. LOL. Nights peopleee(;
