I've been relooking my posts, and I feel that I'm really losing my touch. I feel dumb reading them. Maybe thats why people come once then just go...

So I've decided to revamp my typing. I've seen quite some bloggers who are well, say captivating. People hunger for more. I want to be that type of blogger. Of course, I don't want to be so good to the extend which you people salivate and chew your screens, or stone simply because I forgot to blog.

Yes! I finally survived Christmas period and three Christmas parties. Well, first off was the BBQ at East Coast with my lovely cell group. It was quite fun with our campfire, burnt marshmallows and flaming angsanas. Not forgeting the chicken joints which I loosened and the half-cooked stingrays. But it was great fun with these bunch of people.

The second party was for my Dad's cell group at his friend's house. There was lovely turkey and nice roasted beef. It was super tasty, even you will cry for it. Now I have a craving for turkey with sauce. (: Thats besides the point, so besides my addiction, it was a nice party. Plus I got to find that Jerald's going to ACS I. Smart ass (: Haha.

The last party was yesterday afternoon at my place. And reunion with the old gang. VOVJ. But J wasnt around so only three of us. Vernon O Wen Vanessa Jethra. Like I said, J didnt come. But nonetheless, the Christmas spirit still feels the air, along with the smell of lunch. Bleah. Then we just used comp to search stuff and just chill. Dam cool sia, Vernon bought the Creative thing, like MP4. The screen considered quite big alreadys. Super cool. We all exploring it. But the features are really great though I must say.


Today! Merry Boxing Day! Today I went out with two great people! Benjamin and Vanessa Cai! Haha. It was supposed to be me and the Ben but I sabo'ed Vanessa. I told her got other people coming so she bought it and came. We supposed to meet at 10.30 but I woke up at 10.30. Sorry guys! Haha. Then quickly rush down and arrived at 11. But those two had a good time bonding (: Then to Vanessa's dismay, nobody else was coming except me and Benjamin. So in the end, she excpeted the fact and moved on. x) Then Benjamin wanted to watch Charlotte's Web, I wanted Eragon and Vanessa wanted Night At The Museum. We voted and Ben liked Vanessa too much so he supported her as well. So we ended up watching Night At The Museum. Totally worth my money though I must say.

The show was ABSOLUTELY hilarious. Well, actions speak louder than words, so head down to your nearest theather to catch Night At The Museum! Then we just walked aimlessly before settling down at LJS for lunch. For me that is. Then we headed for the arcade where we made a scene just because Benjamin didnt want to dance on the ParaPara machine for us ): Then I faked Vanessa that Ben liked her, then I thought her reaction would be like OMG. But she said,"Its normal. Alot of guys like me." Haha. See how much a person can change. Either that she knew I was bluffing x) Then after playing a few race games and star wars games, I headed to Ben's house to mainly slack and fall asleep. Me and Ben played o2Jam, JX 2 and I just watched Ben play DotA.

Soon headed home. Pretty much everything up to date.

Few more days to 2007! And school reopens and I'll finally be a senior! Haha. Aiyah. So much pressure, next year streaming! Ah! So many decisions to make. Am I ready for it?

Super fast and whoosh! The year is coming to a close ): Like so sad can! This has been quite memorable, you know like joining band, participating in my first SYF comp and winning. Its a nice feeling kay. Then like making so many new friends etc. Hehheh. I'm gna try post a recount of the whole year. But mainly coz nothing good has occured over the last few days. With the exception of Auntie Hazel's turkey yesterday.

Yay! I'm back! Though I was never really gone... haha. Now the concert is finally over! Oh! I'm like damn sad can. An empty void in my life now which used to be the hectic band schedules. Ackk. Lets start off way back from where I was supposed to post from... FAMILY CAMP.


FAMILY CAMP!

This camp was uber funness. To cut a long story short, had a marvellous camp with great bunch of people. Got to know all the small kiddies from the network. They're dam fun to play with . Haha.


DAY 1

Dam fun. We arrived and got to know each other. Then at night went to see fireflies! Dam cool. First hand experience on a boat. We were totally gawking. Haha. Dam cool.

DAY 2

Equally fun. The adults had some workshops so the rest of us went to take of e kids coz so many children too little supervision. So we basically played games with them. Was super fun.

DAY 3

The best day out of them all. We totally had alot of fun ATV riding and the kayaking. (: You guys must think I'm nuts. What kind of church camp got kayaking or ATV riding? Lol. ATV is the kind of 4-WD. So cool. At night had a campfire which didnt light and showers of blessing. If you get my hint. ((: Then every group had to perform then some weird stuff happened. Haha.

and the last day just go home lor with e wonderful happy memories.



I wna thank all the children up to the age of 16 xD Haha. Of course the committee and the people who made this camp so cool.



Then after that long break was a bit rusty in band though. Then the days of toil and hard work. Finally thus came TK BAND IN-CONCERT 2006.

It was a pretty cool concert. Of course, being my first, it was the coolest. Haha. It was none the less thrilling. (:

Started off early in the morning at 9am for band. Fell in and did chorales and warmups before an early lunch of pizza with the one and only section! Then took loads of pics. Not the sec 1s though. So soon after a long wait after fallin, we headed to SCH. The place is really neat. Very posh and high class looking. Then we just did the basic tunes, played some of the major songs etc then went for dinner. Surprisingly good I dare say. Then the big moment!


CONCERT! We started off a bit late but nonetheless exciting. With the majestic Flight of the Thunderbird. Then precceded by Pilatus: Mountain of Dragons. Then I came out to play Godspeed! and returning to the backstage during Star of Dreams.

Then the junior band came out to play Westminster Prelude followed by Belinda's favourte, For Someone Special. Then we ended off with Achilles' Wrath.


Which was then followed with an 15 minute intermission which I used to meet up with Benjamin and April and Alyssa.

Then the the band played the following pieces in order, Oregon, Over the Rainbow, Jungle, which I managed to play in, From Russia with Love, MI 2 and Portraits of Christmas. I played only one time, the gong! Haha.


Then met up one last time with the threesome before saying goodbye and parting our ways. Haha.

After returning to school supposedly went out for supper with Alverina, Jolyn, Mingbei, Jolene, Yug Han and Erfi. But turned out Macs was closed so they decided to crash Alverina's place and order Macs. And turns out you cant pay by EZ Link when you order from home. Bleahx. But her house was really really nice. Hahah. So took a taxi back, turned out that I had just nice amount for the taxi fare. So went to bed IMMEDIATELY> Haha.

Today yesterday nothing much so I'll post about my one week plus break.


Starting off!

Weekend Encounter!

Day 1

I reached there like 6.50pm. So lazed around. Then Daron showed me to the dorms. It was like super uberliciously COOL! SO nice the place. I choke the double decker with YiJia(: Then we headed down for the programme. Had worship followed by introduction and proceded with a movie called "The Crossing". It was pretty nice. I think watched it before. Then we had supper of a round of super sweet cakes and super sweet milo. Then we all went back to the room. We were all like very excited and we kept laughing so we shared this joke, coz we were staying in a dorm. So we came up with this really corny and funny line," Have you heard of the movie, the DORM?". Haha. Coz the rorom was so creepy and eerie, we all freaked and laughed. Nobody dared to enter the toilet alone lor. Haha. Then about 11.30pm, we had to move down bcos the floor we were staying on were also inhabited by foreign girls, so they dont want us to harass them so we moved to basement. And a much much smaller room. None the less, we crapped our way till 2 plus before sleeping!

Day 2

Woke to a bright and early start. Really early. like 5.45 lor. Haha. We were like the earliest group to wake up lah. So we bathed first lor since nobody woke up yet. Then we just play cards and eat wangwang biscuits. Lol. Then we went for the lessons ate at 12. Then we had freeeeeeeeeee time all the way! So cool can! So we played games. Ran around the building. About 4 plus I went to shower then headed to school in my dad's car for Farewell Party. So ...

Quite ok. Our preformance was pulled off really well in my opinion. So there was a also a slight change of plans in schedule so its was not a big change. And of course, last words from our drummajor,"... Oh yah Faizzah also want me to thank her. Thaank you Faizzah." Lol. Then dinner was good. Buffet was nice especially the mutton((: Haha ate until back at camp got stomach cramps. Hehheh.


... Back at Camp...

We played blind mice alot of times. Dam fun. I everytime sit down. When they near me, I bend my head so they swing their hands barely past my head. So funny can! Laugh like hell. Then we slept at about 3...


Day 3

All woke up early but really really tired. So we ended the camp really nicely. We were all being touched by the spirit and it was really nice encountering God. Really shiok. Then we shown a clip on the church's G12 vision. Really nice. So all of us were really inspired to get our own 12(: or it was just me. Diao. So finally went back to Expo to find Ben happily flirting away with Gloria and Amy. Diaos. So we ended our camp with Youth Service!

But half the cell slept thru lah. So typical!


ChaingMai!

Of course, on Monday I left for ChinagMai to shop shop shop and eat eat eat for four days! Haha. Of course I brought back gifts for special people (:

I'm gna tell you now frankly, our batch is not united and hell please appreaciate those people working to unite our batch. And frankly to all who dislike me, I dont give a dam. Its only you and only you so stop living in your own world. I just dont feel like smiling this way anymore..
